Al has been in the insurance company portfolio consulting business for over 18 years and has company and regulatory contacts around the country. He is actively involved in domestic insurance associations, as well as, a speaker and educator in round table seminars within the insurance industry. Al was a recipient of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association's (VCIA) 2002 Captive Crusader Award and served on VCIA's Conference Committee. Al was also an "interested party" during the formation of the National Association of Insurance Commissioner's (NAIC) Model Investment Law.

Paul Deeley
Senior Vice President

Paul has extensive experience providing investment management services to institutional and private clients. He has specialized in the captive insurance industry. He started in the industry in 1987 when he was a Director and Vice President of a Vermont domiciled liability risk retention group. Most recently he has been a Senior Vice President at a Boston based Asset Management firm where he managed client relations with captives and risk retention groups. Paul is a board member of the Arizona Captive Insurance Association and has memberships and active involvement in CICA, Vermont and DC Captive Associations. Paul is located at our office in Needham, Massachusetts.

Keith Alm
Vice President, Operations

Keith has over 15 years experience in operations and portfolio management at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Now with Albert Heeg Investment Management, Keith is in charge of research and analysis. Keith is located at our office in Alameda, California.
